Kaiming Ye is a SUNY Distinguished Professor, Chair of the BME Department,and Director, Center of Biomanufacturing for Regenerative Medicine at Binghamton University, SUNY. He isFellow of BMES and AIMBE. He is past Chair of the Council of Chairs of Biomedical Engineering and a funding Chair of BMES Advanced Biomanufacturing SIG (ABioM-SIG).Yepioneered human islet organoid development from pluripotent stem cells (PSCs). His group is the first one demonstrated the feasibility of generating the whole human islets from PSCs. His work in 3D tissue bioprinting was featured in Prismin 2015. He is one of the pioneers indeveloping fluorescence resonance energy transfer nanosensors for continuous glucose monitoring. He has published more than 100 research articles, book chapters, and reports. He has chaired and co-chaired more than 20 international and national conferences and delivered more than 150 keynote/plenary/invited speeches in international and national conferences and graduate seminars in more than 100 universities.

Dr. Lucas López is a physician who graduated from the Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana in Medellín, Colombia. He also holds Master's degrees in Epidemiology and Health Economics from CES University, and is currently a PhD candidate in Health Science at the same university. He currently working as Scientific Director of BioXcelerator, leading the innovation and research area -BioXscience Hub- and as scientific advisor of the cell bank -BioXtech-. Prior to his current job, he directed the research and innovation center of the CES Clinic, where he promoted and strengthened the areas of teaching, innovation, research, transference of knowledge, and clinical programs. Dr. López has extensive experience as an epidemiologist at the Institute for Health Technology Assessment (IETS) in Colombia, as well as occasional professor of health economics at CES University.

Graziella Pellegrini is Full Professor at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia and Cell Therapy Program Coordinatorat the Centre for Regenerative Medicine "Stefano Ferrari". She was also co-founder of Holostem Terapie Avanzate S.r.l. She has a Master Degree in Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Technologiesand a Master Degreein Pharmacy at the University of Genova. She was one of thetwo inventors of the technology for culture and transplantation of limbal stem cells for the treatment of blindness due to corneal stem cell deficiency; she discussed andobtained the orphan drug designation and European registration of thecorneal stem cell therapy. Prof. Pellegrini developed several translational medicine protocols for treatment of third-degree burns, depigmentationdisorders and a successful phase I clinical trial on gene therapy of epidermolysis bullosa. Shewas working with her team, on oral mucosa and urethra for a phase I clinical trial,and research onairway tissue reconstruction and full cornea reconstruction. Author of many patents, book chapters and international peer reviewed publications in the major international peer-review journals, as New England Journal of Medicine, Nature, Lancet, shewas invited speaker or chairman in over 250 major scientific meetings all over the world. Prof. Pellegrini is founding member of the International Ocular Surface Society, member of many major scientific societies and international committees, and she was awarded by ISSCR, Termis EU, Italian government, Department of international Trade, Louis Jeantet-Collen Prize and other organizations.

Chaim Lebovits has been a pivotal figure at BrainStorm Cell Therapeutics since joining in July 2007, initially as President and later being appointed CEO in September 2015. Dr. Shah and his team have pioneered major developments in translational cell therapy field, successfully developing gene edited and engineered cellular therapies for cancer. PhD, MSc, DMV Amanda Baracho Trindade Hill is currently a postdocotoral reserach at NCSU. Her research expertise includes stem cell biology, tissue engineering, 3D stem cell culture, molecular biology, developmental biology and reproduction. She has published work in Frontiers in Cell and Developmental Biology, Stem Cell Research and Therapy, Cell Proliferation, Tissue and Cell, Journal of Visualized Experiments, and is the author of a book. Research Interests: stem cell biology, tissue engineering, 3D stem cell culture, molecular biology, developmental biology and reproduction.

Dr. Mahajan completed his masters in General Surgery from Marathwada University, Maharashtra and went on to pursue Diploma in Urology at the University of Vienna, Austria. In a career changing move, after three decades of being a successful general and uro-surgeon, he started his brainchild - StemRx Bioscience Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in the year 2011. This was to focus on in-depth research in the field of Regenerative Medicine and Cell Based Therapy which he believes is the solution to address the limitations of conventional therapeutic modalities. To this effect, he underwent and continues to undergo intensive training in the United States. He has devised personalized treatment protocols in cell-based therapy for more than 75 health conditions. Dr. Mahajan has published 16 research articles in international and national journals. Raffaele Pilla, Pharm.D., Ph.D., Doctor Europaeus, received his Master’s degree in Pharmacy at G. d’Annunzio University in Chieti-Pescara, Italy in 2005, where he also served internships at the Cell Physiology Laboratory and Molecular Biology Laboratory. Prior, he was an Erasmus Student at Faculté de Pharmacie de Reims in Reims, France. He received his Doctor Europaeus in 2010 from Pitié-Salpétrière Institute in Paris, France. Also in 2010, he received his Ph.D. in Biochemistry, Physiology, and Pathology of Muscle at G. d’Annunzio University in Chieti-Pescara, Italy. Shi-Jiang (John) Lu, PhD, MPH, is currently the President and CEO of HebeCell Corporation, focusing on the development and clinical translation of regenerative medicine and cell therapy technologies, especially iPS-CAR-NK cells for the treatment of cancer, autoimmune and viral infectious diseases. Before establishing HebeCell, he was the Senior Director of Research at Advanced Cell Technology/Ocata Therapeutics, which was acquired by Astellas Pharma in 2016. John is an expert in stem cell biology and regenerative medicine with 20 years of experiences. He has been conducting translational research and discovery of novel therapeutic strategies utilizing human pluripotent stem cells (PSC) and their derivatives. Shashank Chetty, a postdoctoral researcher at Stanford University, has been working on using pulsed-focused ultrasound technology to prime mesenchymal stem cells and their extracellular vesicles for treating kidney injury, diabetes, and acute respiratory distress syndrome. Dr. Chetty's education includes a bachelor's in biotechnology from Anna University, a master's with the Honorary Gold Medal, and a Ph.D. in nanoscience and technology from Pondicherry University. Making near-infrared fluorescent nanocrystals for imaging different types of subcutaneous melanoma and stem cell-assisted regenerative therapy, precisely injecting human mesenchymal stem cells into the pancreas through an artery, studying β cells and autophagy, combining transcriptome and proteome analyses of human stem cells, and finding ways to treat Alzheimer's disease are some of the things he has done around the world. Jason Xiaotian Dou is a postdoc research fellow at Harvard University working on artificial intelligence and medicine. He did his Ph.D. in Computer Engineering at the University of Pittsburgh/University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC). His Ph.D. dissertation is titled “Learning Effective Representation Efficiently: Models, Applications, and Metrics.” Previously He did B.S. in Computer Science from Peking University with an undergraduate thesis at Carnegie Mellon University on “A Markov Chain Approach to the Gerrymandering Problem.” He also did master study in Information Science at Cornell University. His research is in machine learning, specifically representation learning with various applications in computer vision, natural language processing, single-cell biology, mobile sensing, and healthcare. Amirhossein Moghanian, Ph.D., is currently Associate professor in Material science and engineering at the Imam Khomeini International University (IKIU). His research was focused on synthesis and characterization of osteoinductive visible light-activated adhesive composites with antimicrobial properties, specifically for bone and teeth tissue engineering. In Addition, he also received several awards during his education and research including outstanding student awards of Sharif University of technology (SUT) and Distinguished Researcher Award of AUT. Meanwhile, he was selected as a 1st rank graduate student in BSc, M.Sc. as well as Ph.D. (highest GPA). He joined as Assistant Professor in the Materials Engineering Department at IKIU since 2016. By 2023 he promoted to Associate Professor and in 2023 he was selected as a distinguished young scientist in Materials Science and Engineering by Iranian Academy of Science. In addition, he awarded a special research grant from IKIU as one of the best researcher as well as outstanding educational professor in 2023. I am Shobhita Katiyar, currently pursuing a Ph.D. in the Department of Haematology at the Sanjay Gandhi Post Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences in Lucknow.Over the past few years, I have focused my work on studying the function of Histone Lysine Methyltransferases (H3K36), specifically the Nuclear Set domain proteins NSD1 and NSD2, in the process of Erythropoiesis. To study their functions, I have been differentiating adult hematopoietic stem cells and progenitor cells (HSPCs) from G-CSF mobilized peripheral blood into the erythroid lineage using ex-vivo co-culture, which includes cocktail of cytokines. The results of my latest research on the subject have been published in the abstract book of the American Society of Haematology for the year 2023. In addition, I have previously conducted primary and secondary screening of primary immunodeficiency patients while working as a research assistant. Back then I have also studied the role of CD39 as a marker on Tregs in relation to the response to methotrexate therapy in patients with rheumatoid arthritis. In addition, I have been awarded independent student grants, such as the ICMR-SRF and CSIR-SRF in 2021, from the government of India to support my ongoing research. Some of my above findings have been published in reputed journals. I completed my master’s in biotechnology at Amity University.Later, I earned a bachelor's degree in education and worked as a biology and biotechnology teacher at a school before becoming a researcher.

She was invited in intensive-research programmes, such as at The Fields Institute for Research in Mathematical Sciences.She received the SAIA-NS'P International Researcher's Fellowship and was there appointed Erasmus Lecturer at Comenius University, Bratislava, (Slovakia). Prof. Dr. Oluwaseun John Dada is Professorial Chair of Signature EcoSystems Technologies. He has worked over over the past 8 years on NanoScale materials, advanced materials manufacturing and applications, and over 10 years in Metallurgy and Aluminium Manufacturing. I have achieved Electrolytic syntheses, characterizations, and applications of novel graphene/nano-Carbons, resulting in Superior Electrical, Electronic, Thermal and Dielectric characteristics; also resulting in the Highest Capacities when applied to Lead Acid and Lithium-ion Batteries, resulting from higher Utilization of Electrode Materials, 1st to demonstrate electrode precipitation and dissolution mechanisms in the gel-crystal electroactive zone of the lead-acid battery; synthesized graphene also resulted in higher viscoelastic mechanical behaviour in graphene-enhanced epoxy nanocomposites prepared by in-situ reduction of GO by solvent evaporation and hot stirring. Synthesized highly scalable and diversely applicable crystalline pristine graphene directly from graphite, with high basal planarity using solid-state processes, or alternative colloidal sonication process. This has resulted in the high-performance graphene anode for lithium-ion battery. On the project on FSW, Dr Dada have achieved parametric analysis, 1st SEM demonstration of material flow pattern, and failure characteristics of Friction Stir Welds of industrial and aeronautical alloys. Experience dates back to Alussuisse owned Nigerian Aluminium Extrusion, a Laboratory Extrusion project, and AIRBUS FSW project at Wits University. Dr. Amin Daemi is a biochemist hailing from Cukurova University of Medical Sciences in Turkey. His research encompasses diverse areas including the design of recombinant vaccines utilizing heat shock proteins and electroporation, notably pioneering the design, cloning, and production of HPV16E7CT (gp96) protein. He has also delved into areas such as diabetic wound healing, oxidative stress, plant extracts, and the development of a novel type of anti-angiogenesis molecular antibody. Dr. Daemi has also been active in utilizing nanoparticles in disease diagnosis and has investigated TPMT enzyme variants in inflammatory bowel diseases. Beyond research, he has served as a lecturer in the Faculty of Medicine and Nursing and as a researcher in clinical laboratories in Iran. Dr. Daemi's expertise has also been recognized through his roles as an editorial board member and referee for various medical journals.

I am Toka A. Ahmed, Researcher at Egypt Center for Research and Regenerative Medicine, Cairo Egypt. From 2015 till 2023, I was a research assistant at Center of Excellence for Stem Cells and Regenerative Medicine and teaching assistant at the biomedical science program at Zewail City for Science and Technology. At 2014 I have awarded my bachelor degree in Biochemistry, faculty of science, Helwan University, Cairo, Egypt. At 2015 I have awarded the grant of scientist for next generation from the Academy of Scientific Research and Technology (ASRT), Cairo, Egypt for the master degree and at 2019, I had my master degree in biochemistry,particularly in generation of human Induced pluripotent Stem Cells (iPSCs) from Helwan University. At 2024, I have defended my Ph.D. degree in biochemistry at Cairo University, Egypt. My Ph.D. work focused on the cross talk between pericytes and type II diabetes mellitus. My research interest includes studying the impact of different microenvironments on the biological characteristics and physiological functions of different types of adult stem cells. In addition, my research work is focusing on enhancing the vascular differentiation potential of different types of human stem cells as promising tool in the field of vascular regenerative medicine. Furthermore, I am working on generating of 3D culture models such as lung spheroids, liver organoids and other models using different cell combinations and a variety of natural and synthetic scaffolds.

In 1992.03–1997 he worked in Agency for Defense Development, Chinhae, South Korea, where he has researcher in charge of Development of Naval weapon System. He was working as a Senior Reliability Engineer in Refrigerator Division, Digital Appliance, SAMSUNG Electronics. Now he is working as associate professor in mechanical department, Ethiopian Technical University.
