Dr. Randall has extensive experience as a former top insurance regulator, legislative staff member, health care lobbyist, consultant and executive with not only insurance companies, but also with several provider trade groups in Washington. He has testified before both U.S. House and Senate committees of Congress on a variety of health policy issues He also has over two dozen peer-reviewed and professional publications as well as book chapters on health information technology, health care entitlements, health insurance markets and the policy process surrounding health care reform. His research includes study of Medicaid and Medicare entitlements and privatization, Health Insurance Exchanges, health care data analytics and health care information technology. He has also published work examining the use of blockchain technology in health IT and is a frequent guest lecturer at universities around the world and in the U.S.

Dr. Alizadeh B.Z. is a distinguished MD and specialist in genetic epidemiology, whose impressive academic journey showcases his unwavering dedication to advancing medical research. With his diverse educational background, including an MD, and Ph.D. in Genetic Epidemiology from EMC-EU, Rotterdam, followed by a postdoctoral position in functional ImmunoGenomics at UMC Utrecht and LUMS, he has acquired a comprehensive understanding of translational medical research in medicine. Following his academic pursuits, he has been an esteemed staff member of the Department of epidemiology acting as the head of the Unit of personalized medicine. At present, Dr. Alizadeh's research endeavors revolve around disease course epidemiology, and personalized medicine in cancer and psychosis. His approach contains advanced methodologies, data analytics, and genetic epidemiological techniques, including multi-dimensional data reduction, growth curve trajectory modeling, mixed model analyses, and recently comparative machine learning techniques, to analyze and infer multi-level genetic, clinical (treatment), and societal data, aiming to predict patients’ long-term outcomes and response to interventions efficiently and accurately. In his view, personalized medicine is a health care process or even a societal program, rather than a research outcome based on genetic stratification of patients! Dr. Alizadeh's outstanding contributions to the scientific community are evident through his extensive publication record, with over 200 publications to his name. Notably, the majority of his work has been featured in high-impact peer-reviewed journals, attesting to the caliber of his research. He has also demonstrated his commitment to cultivating the next generation of researchers by supervising 25 PhD fellows and postdoctoral researchers.

Born in Albacete, Castilla-La Mancha, Spain. I am a Full Professor in the Department of Applied Physics at University of Castilla-La Mancha. My main research is on radio frequency waves from mobile phones and Wi-Fi. In addition, I research active learning, competency-based learning, and educational physics and electromagnetism. I have published one hundred and ten articles in indexed journals, I have given more than one hundred communications at national and international conferences, and I have written thirty books.

Dr. Regina Fölster-Holst is Professor at the Department for Dermatology, Venereology and Allergology at the Universitätsklinikum Schleswig-Holstein, Campus Kiel, Germany. She obtained her medical degree at the Christian-Albrechts-Universität, Kiel and is board certified in dermatology and allergology. She has been the president of the European Society for Pediatric Dermatology (ESPD) from May 2016-June 2018 and the president of the German Dermatology Association (DDG) for two periods (2019-2022, 2010-2013). Since 2017 she is the vice president of the European Society for Educational Crisis. Her scientific focuses are Pediatric Dermatology, allergic diseases and parasitoses, whereas the main topic is on clinical and scientific research of atopic dermatitis in early childhood. Prof. Dr. Regina Fölster-Holst has received numerous awards, such as the Hans-Karrer-Förderpreis (medical brochure for children) in 1997, the “Preis der Hensel Stiftung” (1998), the Teaching Award of the Medical Faculty of Kiel (2003), and the German scientific award for communication (2011) and the Perle-Award 2013 (Award for improvement of student teaching). Together with cooperation partners, she has just produced a musical for children with the aim of teaching children about allergies and skin diseases.

Adele Webb earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from the University of Akron, her Master’s in Nursing from The Ohio State University and her PhD in Nursing from Wayne State University. She began her nursing career as a NICU nurse and transitioned into the emergency room in a pediatric setting. In the early 1990’s, Adele began focusing on HIV in under-developed countries. Over the last 25 years, Adele’s focus has been on international nurse capacity building as it relates to both communicable and non-communicable diseases. She has received extensive funding for her international work and has published her findings in several refereed journals. She has contributed to WHO guidelines, testified to the Institute of Medicine and given testimony to the White House on nursing workforce issues. A sought-out speaker on international nursing care issues, Adele continues to collaborate with the World Health Organization as well as the World NCD Congress. This work has resulted in Adele’s contributions to nurse capacity building in 56 countries. In recognition of her body of work, Adele has received not only the Association of Nurses in AIDS Care Lifetime Achievement Award, she has also received the Nicholas Andrew Cummings award for Excellence in Inter-professional Practice from the National Academies of Practice. Adele is an International Council of Nurses Global Health Fellow, a Fellow in the National Academies of Practice and a Fellow in the American Academy of Nursing.

Raquel Ramirez-Vazquez is a Doctor Assistant Professor, at the Department of Applied Physics, at University of Castilla-La Mancha (UCLM), Spain, and researcher as a member of Radiofrequency research group of the UCLM. Her research fields are related with Radiofrequency Electromagnetic Fields, Statistical and Geostatistical Analysis, Geographic Information System, Science Education and Active Learning Physics. She has 39 indexed publications of which 10 are Q1. She has conducted several research internships in some countries such as Cuba, Spain, Mexico, Jordan, Brazil, and Belgium.

Dr. Thamer AlOhali is a Family Medicine Consultant with a subspecialty in Public Health and Healthcare Quality Improvement. He is currently serving as a consultant at King Abdulaziz Medical City in Saudi Arabia. Dr. AlOhali completed his residency training at Prince Sultan Military Medical City in Riyadh in 2011. He obtained his Clinical Health Care Quality and Patient Safety Fellowship from University College London Hospitals in 2014, followed by a Clinical Fellowship in Primary Care and Public Health at Imperial College London in January 2016. His extensive experience and dedication make him a notable expert in his fields of specialization.

After completing the Doctor of Medicine course in Community Medicine in 1998, he joined the faculty in the Department of Community Medicine, J.N. Medical College in 1999. He has been awarded a Ph.D. in Community Medicine in 2016. He has been awarded the Fellowship of the Indian Association of Preventive and Social Medicine in 2017. He is teaching undergraduate and postgraduate medical students and also involved in the training of medical interns in health programmes for the last 25 years. He is involved in research activities directed toward micronutrient deficiencies, HIV/AIDS, disaster management, and environmental health issues. He has got 144 papers published in national and international journals. He has presented papers at 09 international conferences in Singapore, Bangkok, Colombo, Dhaka, Madrid, Paris, and Rome and 152 papers in national/state conferences. He has worked with high-risk groups for HIV/AIDS. He is helping children suffering from eye problems especially congenital cataract with support from Kids with Vision, USA. He has been Coordinator/Principal Investigator/ Co-investigator/Supervisor of various prestigious projects of different agencies like UNICEF, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, World Learning of USA, Nuclear Power Corporation of India Ltd. (NPCIL), Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR), and Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Govt. of India. He is a life member of various public health organizations. He has authored 09 books on public health issues.
