Boyko Ranguelov is Academician of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences and Arts since 2013. Director of Natural Sciences Center and a full professor at University of Mining and Geology, Faculty Geoexploration, Department of Geophysics (since 2010), Sofia, Bulgaria. Received the B.Sc., M.Sc. at the same University in Geophysics, second M.Sc. in Appl. Math. at Technical Univ., Sofia. Got the Ph.D in Seismology (Physics) from Geophysical Institute – Bulgarian Academy of Sciences in 1986. Head of the Department of Seismology and Deputy Director of the Institute (2002-2005).Worked also in the Space Research and Technology Institute – Bulgarian Academy of Sciences for two years. Spent two years (2003-2004) in the Joint Research Center (JRC) of the European Commission in Ispra (Italy) as visiting scientist. Visiting Professor at the University of Bologna, Italy – 2007-2008. Works actively in the field of Natural Disasters and Risk Reduction of the UN initiative UNDRR. Have a numerous presentations on TV, radio and mass media for lectures and movies about natural phenomena and weird unexplainable by recent science facts and processes. Jian’an Wang received his bachelor’s degree in experimental nuclear physics in 1982 from the Department of Modern Physics at the University of Science and Technology of China. Upon graduating, he was assigned to the China Institute of Atomic Energy, where he studied nuclear reactions of charged particles. In 1985, he was admitted to the Department of Physics at Huazhong University of Science and Technology of China, from which he received a master’s degree. He obtained a Ph.D. in 1996 from McGill University in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, for his research on laser luminescent materials. Dr. Wang entered the Department of Physics at Shenzhen University of China as an assistant professor in 1999 and retired in 2012. After retirement，Dr. Wang has conducted independent research in the fields of special relativity, gravity theory, geodynamics, and seismic theory, published more than ten papers, and made an academic report on the Physical Mechanism and Prediction Method of earthquake at the 2022 China Earth Science Joint Academic Conference as an invited speaker.

Dr. Tankhilevich is the founder and CEO of Magtera. Previously, Dr. Tankhilevich was a Research Scientist at the Academy of Science in St. Petersburg and is credited with being the first to realize magnon systems can be used as a source of terahertz radiation.

Paul Frampton is a world-renowned scientist who has published 500 papers mainly on particle theory where his best known paper explained why there are three fermion families and predicted a new particle decaying to same-sign leptons. More recently he has published several papers on cosmology including a 2022 model named electromagnetic accelerating universe in which dark energy is replaced by charged dark matter. His Dubai talk will be about cosmology.

Presently working as Professor at the Department of Mathematical Sciences and Computer Applications, Bundelkhand University, Jhansi. He has completed his M. Sc., from Meerut University (presently CCS University), Meerut in 1989, M. Phil., from University of Roorkee (presently IIT), Roorkee in 1992 and Ph. D. in Mathematics, from Gurukula Kangri, University, Hardwar in 1999. University of Roorkee awarded him ‘University Medal’ for standing First in First Class. He has served as Assistant Scientific Officer in the Commission for Scientific and Technical Terminology, Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India, New Delhi w.e.f. 20 November 1995 to 25 November 1999. He joined Bundelkhand University as Assistant Professor in the Department of Mathematical Sciences and Computer Applications on 26 November 1999. There he served in various capacity and became Professor on 26 November 2014. He served as Chairman of the Commission for Scientific and Technical Terminology, Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Education w.e.f. 06 February 2017 to 05 February 2021. He was having additional charge of the Director, Central Hindi Directorate, Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Education, Government of India w. e. f. 07 July 2017 to April 08, 2020. He has supervised 14 Ph. D. thesis, 28 M. Phil. Dissertation. He has published about 90 research papers in National and International Journal of reputes. He is the author of two books and editor of four terminological related books. His research interests are Modeling, Optimization Techniques and Distributed Computing Systems. He is the life member of International Academy of Physical Sciences, Indian Mathematical Society, Computer Society of India, Operations Research Society of India, and many other similar academic bodies and societies. Also, he is the Vice President, of Operations Research Society of India (ORSI) and Vijñãna Parishad of India (VPI). During 2010 to 2013 he was the Head of the Department of Mathematical Sciences and Computer Applications. During the same period 2010 to 2013 he was also the Head of the Institute of Computer Science and Information Technology. He was the Chief of University Employment Information and Counseling Centre (UP Government) Bundelkhand University, Jhansi during 11 June 2009 to 05 February 2017. During this period Ministry of Employment and Labor, Government of India, New Delhi awarded the establishment of Modal Career Centre (MCC) under the University Employment Information and Counseling Centre (UP Government) Bundelkhand University, Jhansi to facilitate the job seekers of this university as well as Bundelkhand Region with career related trainings, guidance and counseling. He was visited to the Rajamangla University of Technology. Thanyaburi (Thailand), University of Science and Culture, Tehran (Iran), Kathmandu, (Nepal), Port Louise (Mauritius), Shanghai (China), Guadalajara (Mexico) for various academic work. In 2000, he was awarded ‘Professor R. C. Mehrotra Best Teacher Award and Gold Medal’ for outstanding contribution to the university services by the Bundelkhand University, Jhansi and in 2016, Bharat Vikas Award was conferred to him by the Institute of Self Reliance, Bhubaneswar, Odisha, in appreciation of dedicated services to the society and humanity.

Dr. Olga Malandraki is a Research Director at the Institute for Astronomy, Astrophysics, Space Applications and Remote Sensing (IAASARS) of the National Observatory of Athens (NOA) specializing on Space Physics and Space Weather. She has wide expertise in the analysis and interpretation of energetic particle measurements from various heliophysical missions such as ACE, Wind, STEREO, Ulysses, Cluster, as well as from the ongoing pioneering Solar Orbiter, Parker Solar Probe missions, which explore the near-Sun environment for the first time. She is responsible for the HESPERIA Space Weather Operational Unit of NOA which disseminates worldwide unique Solar Energetic Particle forecasting results as well as Editor of the relevant very successful book published by Springer (https://www.springer.com/de/book/9783319600505). She is currently serving as President of the Solar-Terrestrial Sciences Division of the European Geosciences Union(EGU). Her scientific production record includes about 100 scientific refereed articles and more than 350 presentations.

I have been a keen amateur astronomer for over 50 years. Active in Spectroscopy since 1997. I studied Astronomy and Planetary Science at The Open University 2010. Co-authored Practical Amateur Spectroscopy 2004 and author of A Spectroscopic Atlas of bright Stars 2009 for Springer. Also, written articles for The BAA Journal, Astronomy Now, The Webb Deep-Sky Society, The Society for Popular Astronomy. Running The Huggins Spectroscopic Observatory UK since 2013. Undertaking long term international collaboration studies with a group of Small Telescope Scientists, monitoring H Alpha and other lines of interest of Be-Flare-Nova-Symbiotic etc stars using a Shelyak Lhires III spectrograph.

Xiao Kong received his PhD from the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2019, majoring in astronomical technology and methods. Being a senior engineer, Kong is currently responsible for the measurement, analysis and producing LAMOST spectral data at LAMOST Operation and Development Center, National Astronomical Observatories, Chinese Academy of Sciences, that affiliated to the Key Laboratory of Optical Astronomy, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Cooperation with the Data Center, LAMOST DR1 to DR11 have been released to public with a total of over 100 million medium- and low-resolution spectral data. Kong studied and analyzed the evolution and parameters of white dwarfs, published a complete DB White Dwarf star list based on SDSS and LAMOST spectra, which added more than 100 new stars compared with predecessors. Based on the research, a DB White Dwarf template of LAMOST was constructed. Combined with the massive photometric data of SDSS and Gaia, nearly 10 thousand white dwarfs were mined from the LAMOST spectral data, among which more than 6 thousands were confirmed for the first time.

Hou-Yuan Lin received the Ph. D degree in Astrometry and Celestial Mechanics from Purple Mountain Observatory, Nanjing, China, in 2015. He is currently the deputy director of Division of Applied Celestial Mechanics and Space Object and Debris Research in PMO. His research interests include rotational dynamics of space debris and their characteristics estimation through various observations.

Stanisław Rosłoniec was born on June 25, 1948 in Ostaszewo, Poland. He received his M.Sc. degree (in electronic engineering) from Warsaw University of Technology in 1972. After graduation he joned the Department of Electronics (Institute of Radioelectronics) of Warsaw University of Technology where in 1976 he was granted with distinction his doctor’s degree (Ph.D). The higher doctor’s degree (Dr Sc.) he received in 1991 also from Warsaw University of Technology. Finally, the degree of professor of technical sciences he obtained from the President of the Republic of Poland in 2001. Since 1992 he is closely cooperating with the Telecommunications Research Institute (PIT), Poland. Therefore, his didactic and research interests are mainly focused on relevant for pratice problems of microwave and antenna techniques, especially on the design methods of various passive microwave devices and high - directivity radar antennas. Several array antennas designed by him operate in long-range surveillance radars of type TRD-12, RST12M, CAR-1100 and TRS-15 fabricated by PIT for the Polish Army and foreign contractors. Stanisław Rosłoniec is the author over 80 reviewed scientific papers, 25 technical reports, 3 patents and 10 books. A list of mentioned books includes 4 academic handbooks and 6 monographs. Three o them, viz. ’’Algorithms for computer – aided design of linear microwave circuits’’ (1990), ’’ Fundamental numerical methods for electrical engineering’’ (2008) and ’’ Fundamentals of the radiolocation and radionavigation’’ (2023) have been published by the leading publishers of internationally renown, namely by Artech House Inc., (USA), Springer Verlag (Germany) and Springer Nature (Switzerland). He is a senior member of the Microwave Theory and Techniques Society (IEEE/MTT-S).

Yuchen Tang is currently a postgraduate student in the Department of Dark Matter at Purple Mountain Observatory, Nanjing, China. Sheis studying gluon condensation under the guidance of Professor Wei Zhu. Her research interests include gamma-rays, very high energy cosmic rays, and black hole superradiance.

Dr. Dharmendra Kumar Yadav is presently working as Assistant Professor at Department of Statistics & Demography, National Institute of Health & Family Welfare (NIHFW) New Delhi, India. He is Assistant Nodal Officer of SAKSHAM: Learning Management Information System (LMIS), a digital learning initiative of MoHFW and former Nodal Officer of the Centre for Health Informatics (CHI), MoHFW, Govt. of India. He is also the Nodal Officer of Mission Karmayogi, capacity building program of Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Govt. of India. He is the Fellow of Royal Statistical Society (FRSS), London, UK and Elected Member of International Statistical Institute(ISI), Netherlands. His fields of specialization are Biostatistics, Public Health, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Health Informatics, Digital Health and Sampling theory. He has 25 research publications in various journals of national and international repute. He has been the editor of 10 edited books and contributed 20 chapters to various books. Dr. Yadav is author of two popular books on digital health: Digital Health in India: Evolution of Health Informatics & Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning in Healthcare. Dr. Yadav is member of many professional bodies including Indian Society for Medical Statistics(ISMS), BiostatisticsConsortium,International Biometric Society and Indian Statistical Institute, Kolkata. He is also associated with research projects of MoHFW, ICMR and UNESCO. Dr. Yadav has received InSc Research Excellence Award-2020 by Institute of Scholars (InSc) Banglore, Excellent Presentation Award at FIM international conference-2021 at Waseda University, Japan, and Best Paper Award at international conference 2022 by American Institute of Management and Technology(AIMT) & University of Maryland, Eastern Shore, USA.

I am an Armenian, and my homeland is Armenia. Science is my element. My area of interest is natural sciences. From natural phenomena, I have given a new explanation for the occurrence of hail (The Formation of the Hail and the Newlycome Snow. XXI International Congress of Teoretical and Applied Mechanics. 2004,Warsaw, Poland) In recent years, I have mainly dealt with the problems of astronomy and astrophysics, starting with the Big Bang, the formation of the Solar system, issues of energy and stability of stars. I also consider my scientific work “On the experiment of Michelson-Morley” (PhysCon 2009. Catania, Italy.) to be one of my important achievements. where I proved that the mentioned experiment, which is the basis of Einstein's theory, was a failed experiment.

Jose Manuel was born in Caracas Venezuela. He obtained his undergraduate Physics degree at the University of Carabobo (Venezuela) in 2000 (first of class). Then he attended to a PhD program created between the Instituto Venezolano de Investigaciones Científicas (IVIC) and the High Energy Laboratory of the NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center in Maryland EEUU. Then earned a fellow in Germany (2006-2008) to work on X-ray Astronomy at the Max Planck Institute for Extraterrestrial Physics, and later at the Astrophysics Institute of Potsdam (2008-2011) to collaborate in the XMM Newton’s operational center of the European Spacial Agency (ESA). He went back to Venezuela in 2012 to lead the Computational Physics laboratory at IVIC (reaching the level of Associate Researcher III) until 2017. Assistant Professor at YachayTech 2018-2022, where he has been actively collaborating with scientific groups around the world like EEUU, Germany, Mexico (CINVESTAV) and Ecuador. He is now (2023) Invited Professor at the University of San Francisco Quito.

Dr. Singh completed his Ph. D. from Delhi College of Engineering, University of Delhi, India in 2013 and also completed a certified course in Forensic Science from department of Anthropology, University of Delhi. Presently he is working as Assistant Professor in School of Computational and Integrative Sciences, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. His area of specialization in Petri net Theory and research interest in mathematical modelling, network optimization, graph theory. He has qualified Gate 2005 in Mathematics. Prof. Singh is the proposer of the theory of Boolean and Binary Petri nets. He has published more than 50 papers and many are in communication in several journal of repute for credential. He has given more than 40 expert talks and lectures at different place. Dr Gajendra has been awarded Young Scientist award in 2017 in the area of Petri net Theory. Dr Singh is the associate editor and member of expert committee of many national/international journal of repute. He is also Life member of more than 10 mathematical societies. He has completed 02 projects “Some Advances in the Theory of Boolean Petri Nets” in the duration of 2016 to 2019 and Serb-DST funded project on Mathematical modelling of multi drug resistance mechanism in tuberculosis using Petri Nets (2018-2021) as a Principal Investigator. Currently working on SERB-DST funded projects under MATRICS Scheme on ` Reachability Graph Property Analysis in Petri nets’ (2022-2025) and ICMR funded project ``Petri Net Modelling and Study in Network Biology as an Aid in Drug Repurposing for three years (2023-2026). Currently 02 Ph.D. students and 01 ICMR SRF and 01 research Assistant are working in the area of modelling of cardiovascular dysfunction and drug repurposing using Petri Nets. He has guided 04 PhDs, 02 JRF, 01 NBHM Post Doctorate Fellow in Mathematics and 01 Research Associate, 06 M.Tech, and 10 M.Sc. dissertations. Dr Gajendra is the Coordinator of Certificate Course in Vedic Mathematics at Special Centre for E-Learning, JNU and also the coordinator of NCC General elective course implemented in JNU from academic year 2021 onwards as per the New education policy. He is also the concurrent faculty at Special Centre for System Medicine, School of Engineering, School of Sanskrit and Indic Studies, JNU. Dr Singh also holding the responsibility of Warden of JNU Hostel and also placement coordinator of SCIS, JNU.
