Dr. Sikka received his Ph.D. from the Department of Pharmacology, Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER), Chandigarh, India, in 1978. He did his post-doctoral fellowship from 1979-1982 in the Department of Biochemistry at the University of Southern California (USC), Los Angeles where he obtained training in the field of protein-lipid interactions in cell membranes, protein purification, and functional incorporation into liposomes. In 1982 Dr. Sikka moved to the Urology section of the Department of Surgery at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center, University of California Los Angeles (UCLA), as Urology Laboratory Research Director. Dr. Sikka joined the Tulane faculty in 1989 as Assistant Professor of Urology and Andrology Laboratory Director. He was responsible for setting up a CLIA-approved Andrology Clinical and Research Laboratory at Tulane Medical Center, catering to the needs of many infertility and sexual dysfunction patients. Dr. Sikka's current research focus is oxidative stress-related signal transduction pathways and gene expression involved in prostate tumorigenesis (BPH and cancer) and drug targeting. The Urology department has recently procured a Laser Capture Microscope (LCM) to microdissect specific and selective biological cells from various clinical samples. LEQSF has also recently funded the Department to acquire the latest DNA - microarray system for expression of specific genes (genomics), and their translational products (proteonomics). The lab routinely employs molecular biology, differential gene expression, suppressive subtractive hybridization, other cell biology, biochemical, and chemiluminescence techniques as well as xenograft and transgenic models of disease and in situ studies on human tissues approaches to address many questions as they relate to prostate tumorigenesis. Using a super-repressor I kappa B adenoviral delivery approach, the lab plans to evaluate the role of inhibiting the activation of the nuclear factor NF-kappa B in enhancing radio/chemosensitization and apoptosis of prostate tumor cells. Analysis of the expression and function of these genes should allow for a more in depth understanding of the processes controlling prostate tumor growth, invasion and metastasis. The ultimate aim is on developing new diagnostic tools and potential therapeutic applications using a gene therapy approach (pharmacogenomics).

Nannan Liu is a professor in the Department of Entomology and Plant Pathology, Auburn University. She received her Ph.D. degree in Entomology from Cornell University in 1995, where her research focused on molecular genetics of insecticide resistance in house flies. After graduation, she received a NIH postdoctoral fellowship to investigate molecular mechanisms involved in heme oxygenase gene expression and regulation in the rat at University of Rochester, School of Medicine and Dentistry (1995-1996). As a postdoctoral research associate at Cornell University (1996-1997), her studies emphasized molecular regulation of physiological functions of the P450 gene expression in insecticide resistance. She joined the faculty of Auburn University in 1997 as an Assistant Professor of Insect Toxicology and Physiology, and is now a Full Professor in the Department of Entomology and Plant Pathology. She served as the department chair of Entomology and Plant Pathology at Auburn University from 2014-2020. Her research focuses on insect molecular toxicology/physiology relating to insecticide resistance, resulting in 110 peer-reviewed research articles, 6 book chapters, 2 genome database publications, 7 proceedings and 18 outreach reports. She has obtained funding of over $3. million for research from NIH, USDA, commodity organizations and university-level grants. She has served as major advisor for 23 graduate students, supervised 15 postdoctoral fellows and visiting scientists, and served on over 60 graduate student committees at Auburn University. She has served ESA and SEB-ESA in number of roles, including vice president and president of the Physiology, Biochemistry, and toxicology section of ESA and Co-Chair of student award Committee of SEB-ESA.

Dr. Sasha Shafikhani completed his undergraduate and Ph.D. studies at the University of California at Berkeley and postdoctoral studies at the University of California at San Francisco. Dr. Shafikhani is currently a Professor in the Department of Medicine at Rush University Medical Center. He has served on the editorial board of 12 scientific journals. His research focuses on the interplay between bacterial pathogens and host tissue, particularly in the context of wound healing and using bacterial toxins to learn about tumor biology and cancer treatments. In particular, his group has been developing immunomodulator-based technologies to address infection at surgical sites and to stimulate tissue regeneration in normal and diabetic wounds. Shafikhani group’s research is funded by grants from the National Institute of Health (NIH) and philanthropy.

Dr. Jianhai Zhang is a Professor in the Key Laboratory of Ecological Animal Science and Environmental Medicine of Shanxi province, College of Veterinary Medicine at Shanxi Agriculture University (SXAU).Dr. Zhang received his Ph.D.from the Department of Clinical Veterinary Medicine in SXAU ofChina in 2007, and then obtained training in the State Key Laboratory of Environmental Chemistry and Ecotoxicology, Chinese Academy of Sciences (2012-2013), Department of Cell Biology of Medical School, University of Virgina, USA(2014-2015), Department of Environment Health Science School of Public Health, and Yale Stem Cell Center ofYale University,USA(2017-2018). His research focuses on the toxicological mechanisms of environmental pollutants or chemicals,includingfluoride, sulfur dioxide, Nanomaterials and heavy metals arsenic. The ultimate goal is to identify susceptible biomarkers for weaken male reproductive function, and to develop novel pharmaceutical design&therapiesfor various environmental damage at the levels of animal, tissue & organ, cell, molecular and omics. Dr. Zhang has received four funding from the National Natural Science Foundation of China and more than 10 grants from government of Shanxi Province. He has published more than 45 papers in international journalsincludingJ. Hazard. Prof Tsatsakis has published well over 1000 works (articles in journals, books, and abstracts proceedings), over 600 of them in ISI journals and PubMed. He is the holder of several patents and has an extensive array of citations (over 31,500 GS) and reads /downloads (over 253,500 RG) of his papers. His current IF index is 83 (GS) and 68 (Publons). Prof Tsatsakis has given over 300 keynote and plenary lectures at international congresses and has been the promoter and chair of numerous Symposiums and workshops in the International Forum. He has coordinated as a PI in over 60 scientific research and technology projects and has established worldwide collaborations. Prof. Tsatsakis has a long-standing activity as Editor and Guest Editor in toxicology journals, such as Toxicology Reports, Toxicology, Food and Chemical Toxicology, and Toxicology Letters. Aristidis Tsatsakis was elected EUROTOX President-Elect in 2012 and served as President (2014-2016) of the Federation of European Toxicologists and European Societies of Toxicology. He is an Emeritus Professor for the Federal Institute of Hygiene and Toxicology in Moscow (2014), Doctor Honorary Causa of the Mendeleev Moscow University (2016), of the Far East Federal University (FEFU), Vladivostok 2017 and of the Carol Davila, in Bucharest (2017). In 2016 he was elected Foreign Member of the National Academy of Sciences of Russia (FMRAS), in 2017 Foreign Member of Fellow Academy of Toxicological Sciences (FATS, USA) and in 2018 Full Member of The World Academy of Sciences (FMWAS). In 2017 he was elected Honorary Member of Bulgarian Toxicology Society, in 2018 Honorary President of the European Institute of Nutritional Medicine (E.I.Nu.M.) and Honorary Member of EUROTOX and in 2019 Honorary Member of Slovak Society of Toxicology (SETOX).Prof. Tsatsakis was recognized for two consecutive years as Highly Cited Researcher 2020 and 2021 in the field of Pharmacology – Toxicology. He is also the inspirator, founder and chief scientific leader of the University of Crete spin-off Company ToxPlus S.A. The main research interests of Professor Tsatsakis include biomonitoring and risk assessments of xenobiotics as well as links of chronic exposure to them at low doses with health problems and diseases. He developed numerous biomarkers of exposure and of effects for various chemicals, in particular pesticides, pharmaceuticals, etc., uncovering the mechanistic understanding of the mode of action and adverse outcome pathways leading to clinical effects and chronic diseases (metabolic, autoimmune, cancer etc.). Professor Tsatsakis’ long-standing public activities in disseminating science for safety health and wellbeing of the society and the environment have often been endorsed and awarded by state and municipal authorities. His motivation and basic concept highlight the important role of academia involvement in social life problems. The postulation of real-life risks simulation based on low dose combined long-term exposures related to health issues is a crucial element and the central driving force for the application of theory to practice on safety evaluations in 21 century.

Sergey Suchkov was born in the City of Astrakhan, Russia, in a family of dynasty medical doctors. In 1980, graduated from Astrakhan State Medical University with MD. From 1980 through 1983 has been working as Res Associate, and from 1983 through 1985 as Senior Res Associate at the Inst of Medicical Enzymology, USSR Academy of Medical Sciences. He was Director of UGC-Academic Staff College, presently Human Resource Development Centre (HRDC) and Joint Director of Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of this University. Dr Ghosh has received the Indian Science Academy (INSA) Visiting Fellowship and Fellowship from TATA Institute of Fundamental Research (TIFR), Mumbai. He received “Best Presenter Award” from IUEAS, Austin, USA and acted as Invited Speaker and Panel Expert in the University of Manchester, Texas, UK and BITs in China. He has got authorship of ten (10) books, eight (8) chapters in edited volumes and one hundred twenty-four (124) research papers published in referred national and international journals. Prof. Ghosh has already bagged nineteen research projects and schemes sponsored by different Indian agencies. Prof. Ghosh is actively engaged as Member Coordinator with Peer Team of National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC), India. He used to work as an Expert Member of University Grants Commission, NUPA, DST, etc., as well as an academic expert member of different universities. Youssef Daali is a Professor at the Faculty of Medicine of Geneva University and Head of the Laboratory of the Clinical Pharmacology and Toxicology Service at Geneva University Hospitals. Youssef completed his doctorate in Pharmaceutical Sciences at the School of Pharmacy of Geneva University in 2001. He joined the Clinical Pharmacology Service at Geneva University Hospitals in 2002. Prof Daali is also a senior lecturer at School of Pharmacy.The research activities of Prof Daali are related to personalized medicine with specific interest for drug metabolism, pharmacokinetics, pharmacogenetics and PBPK. Youssef also developed several in vitro models for drugs metabolism and transport characterization and drug-drug interaction studies. Prof Daali has an internationally recognized competence in bioanalysis for drugs and metabolites determination using liquid chromatography mass spectrometry. One of the recent research projects of the group is devoted to the use of PBPK simulation approach for dose adjustment to avoid drug-drug interactions in clinical setting. Prof Daali also conducted a number of clinical trials, related to drug metabolism, pharmacokinetics and drug-drug interactions. The scientific contribution of Prof Daali has been awarded in several national and international meetings. He is also member of several national and international societies in the field of pharmacology, bioanalysis and toxicology. He published more than 130 papers in the most important peer-reviewed journals of clinical pharmacology and bioanalysis and has an index H higher than 33 (December 2021).

V. Tsetlin has got Ph.D. and D. Sci. degrees in chemistry (1973, 1987) at the Shemyakin-Ovchinnikov Institute; now he is a Head of the Department of Molecular Neuroimmune Signaling. Ravi P. Sahu completed his Ph.D. from Sanjay Gandhi Post Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences and then pursued his postdoctoral studies from the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, then Texas Tech University Health Science Center, and Indiana University School of Medicine. He is currently working as an Assistant Professor at the Department of Pharmacology and Toxicology at Boonshoft School of Medicine Wright State University, Dayton, OH. His research has been focused on determining thefunctional significance and mechanisms of pro-oxidative stressors-generated oxidized lipid mediator, platelet-activating factor (PAF) in impacting cancer growth and the efficacy of therapeutic agents, as well as defining approaches to circumvent PAF-mediated effects. He has published more than 60 papers in reputed journals and has been serving as an editorial board member and adhoc reviewer of several scientific journals.

Chee Kong Yap is working as a full professor in Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) since 2021. Prof Yap is an academician for more than 18 years in UPM and 23 years as a researcher. Prof Yap has supervised more than 80 undergraduates and 30 postgraduate students in the fields of ecotoxicology, environmental biology, environmental sciences, water quality and ecotoxicological genetics. Prof Yap has published more than 320 papers in refereed academic journals, 5 books (three of them published in NOVA Science Publishers, USA) and 32 book chapters. Until July 2021, 204 of them have now been indexed in Elsevier's Scopus with an H-index of 30 (>2761 citations). Prof Yap has also been invited to honorary Editorial Board members for more than 31 international academic journals. Prof Yap has been an invited visiting researcher at the National lnstitute of Environmental Studies, Tsukuba (Japan). Internationally, Prof Yap has been an invited visiting professor at Nihon University (Japan) and Hokkaido University (Japan), and an invited visiting researcher at Kobe University (Japan) and Kobe College (Japan).

Dr. Kenan Yildirim currently work as a professor in the Department of Polymer Materials Engineering at Bursa Technical University (in Turkey). He worked for 12 years in TUBİTAK Bursa Test and Analysis Laboratory as a senior researcher. He is also technical expert in TURKAK (Turkish Accreditation Agency). He obtained BSc, MSc and PhD degree from Uludag University (Turkey). Dr. Yildirim is expert on the laboratory set up, accreditation of the laboratory and inspection activities, polymer characterization, aging of the polymeric materials, textile reinforced polymeric composites, drug delivery system, forensic science, reverse engineering, developing new test methods and devices. He also carried out scientific research project related to controlled drug delivery system based on the non-woven and nano fiber web. There is also a TUBITAK project where he is currently working as a researcher related to cancer studies of drug-loaded nanofibers. Since 2007, Dr. Yildirim published more than 40 papers in peer-reviewed journals, 4 book chapters and 3 books. He has about 60 presentations in congress/symposium and summated 6 patent applications related to new test devices and test methods. Moreover, he worked in 42 externally or internally funded projects as a project coordinator, researcher and advisor. He also developed 26 test devices. All of these devices were produced and sold to different laboratories. Dr. Yildirim is one of the model developers in the area of polymer morphology according to his study about PET yarn. He also pioneers of the fabric mask production and suitability of the using in the covid 19 pandemic period with his special fabric design.

Prof. Raafat Mandour is an Associate Consultant (Professor) at the University of Mansoura, Egypt. He is Specialized in Toxicology & Forensic chemistry, water pollution, in addition to medical analysis. He has published papers over 16 local papers and 11 in international publications and Spoken at 73 local conferences and workshops and 18 international meetings. Currently a Member of Eight International Scientific Societies.

Dr. N.Tejo Prakash is a Professor at the School of Energy and Environment, Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology, Patiala, India. I was focused on Fusarium resistance, and later she was working on rusts in USA, University of Minnesota and Australia, University of Sydney, where she had spent a few months. As a Fulbright Fellow, she was working with Fusarium and rust resistance. At Agricultural Institute Osijek, she was working on classical breeding, where she was a co-breeder in wheat varieties. she had established Fusarium inoculum production and she was trying to combine resistance with research on the physiology of the plant. Through the KWS-Borlaug stipendium for a few months she was working on disease resistance, hybrid wheat production, and evaluation of genetic diversity with SNP markers.

Dr. Mohd Amir Afjalis currently working as a Postdoctoral Fellow at Basic Biomedical Sciences, Sanford School of Medicine, University of South Dakota, USA. He has been awarded Masters and Ph.D. degreein Toxicology from the Department of Medical Elementology &Toxicology, Jamia Hamdard, New Delhi, India. His doctoral work was focused on nephroprotective mechanism and role of aquaporins in acute kidney injury by using various molecular techniques in a Swiss Albino mice. Dr.Amir has published9internationalpublications in the reputed SCI journals with good impact factors. His research interest is related to identify new targets/pathways and develop novel therapeutics strategy to prevent the pathogenesis of different types of tissue injuries and other pathological condition.

Dr. Juliana Falcato Vecina is a veterinary with residency in veterinary diagnosis, both from UNESP (Universidade Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho). All her post-graduation was from State University of Campinas (UNICAMP), during this period she participated as a collaborating researcher at the Medical Sciences Faculty, being part of the following departments: - Clinical Pathology, in which he held his Master's degree in MedicalSciences with biomedical sciences concentration area in June 2009; - Pharmacology, in which he completed her PhD in July 2013, during this period she was part of the IRB (Institute for Research in Biomedicine – Barcelona/Spain); - Medical Pathophysiology, in which he completed his Post-doctorate until November 2016. Currently, she is the study director and researcher responsible for the In Vitro Toxicology Laboratory (TOX-IV) of Merieux Nutrisciences (Bioagri Laboratórios Ltda). It is also responsible for extending and expanding the GLP scope of the TOX-IV. In addition, she is a scientific consultant at Horiba Instruments Brasil and is responsible for training the veterinary equipment line.

Dr. Marcela Galar Martínez is a Mexican researcher, with studies in Industrial Pharmaceutical Chemistry, a Master's Degree in Toxicology, and Doctorate in chemical-biological Sciences. She is a professor and researcher at the National School of Biological Sciences of the National Polytechnic Institute in Mexico. Dr. Galar-Martinez directs the Laboratory of Aquatic Toxicology, where several research projects are carried out to understand the mechanisms of damage involved in the toxicity of metals and emerge pollutants drug-like on hydrations, as well as evaluating the ecotoxicological risk that the decontaminants produce to the health of both humans and aquatic ecosystems, using biomarkers of oxidative stress, geno, to and embryotoxicity, as well as behavioral tests. Dr. Galar-Martinez is a member of the National System of Researchers, level II, of the National Council of Science and Technology in Mexico. She has directed 23 research projects and written more than 77 scientific articles in JCR journals. Her research work about the toxicity produced by pollutants in freshwater bodies led her to become part of the Madin Dam Basin Commission, establishing an important link between the scientific community, society, and decision-makers in that water body.

Hazirah Syahirah Zakria is currently a Ph.D. researcher and Research Assistant at Advanced Membrane Technology Research Centre(AMTEC), School of Chemical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) in Johor, Malaysia. She received her Diploma in Science in 2016 followed by a Bachelor in Science (Hons) Chemistry in 2019 from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM). She was awarded with Vice Chancellor Award with first class honors during her BSc study. Hazirah Syahirah Zakria continuing her study as a fast-track PhD researcher in chemical engineering with specialization in polymer membrane technology for wastewater treatment in UTM. Her main research interest is visible-light driven photocatalytic study using less toxic polymeric hollow fiber membrane for endocrine disrupting compound (EDC) removal in water. Moreover, her current research also focusses on Radio-Frequency Magnetron Sputtering for metal oxide deposition. Her research also focuses on the synthesis of novel nanomaterial with energy storage properties for energy-saving photocatalyst for EDC removal in treated wastewater. Hazirah Syahirah Zakria published 2 high-impact papers with 3 Scopus and 1 book chapter.

I finished my undergrad degree in the Ankara University Faculty of Science Department of Biology. Then I had a chance to completemyMaster’sdegree in the Nobel Laureate Dr. Aziz Sancar’s lab in The University of North Carolina at ChapelHill on the topic of DNA repair and checkpoint systems. I had Ph.D. in The University of Nottingham on oocyte reprogramming in Dr. Andrew Johnson’s lab. Recently, I have been working as a research specialist in Ankara University in the same department where I graduated from. I've worked on the drug repurposing for the Covid-19 project. My interests are focused on epigenetics, protein interactions, and somatic cell nuclear transfer.

Ana Cristina De la Parra-Guerra is a Biologist with a master's degree in biology and a Ph.D. in Environmental Toxicology. She's a teacher at the University of La Costa-Colombia. She is a member of the Biodiversity of the Colombian Caribbean research group. She is a researcher in the field of ecotoxicology, effects of new contaminants using the Caenorhabditis elegans biological model. These studies make it possible to evaluate the effects of these pollutants once they reach the environmental matrices and subsequently the possible exposures in humans. Dr. De la Parra conducts basic science/laboratory research as well as participates in research project formulations. Currently, she has an interest in toxicology education, including mentoring and teaching graduate and professional students about fieldwork and research. Currently, she is a Professor at the University of the La Costa, Colombia.

Upendra Bhatnagar holds a PhD in Life Sciences from Bhopal University and MBA (TQM) from National Institute of Management. He received postdoctoral training in investigative and regulatory toxicology and is a European Registered Toxicologist. He has over two decades of pharmaceutical industry experience in nonclinical drug discovery and development (small and large molecules) along with toxicological assessment of Botanicals, Food Additives, Medical Devices and Agrochemicals in both R&D and CRO settings. Dr. Bhatnagar is the Vice-President (Preclinical service) at Vimta Labs Ltd. Prior to joining VIMTA in 2016, he had held toxicologist and leadership roles with leading global organizations like Vanthys Pharmaceutical Development (Eli Lilly – JBL), Nektar Therapeutics, Cadila Healthcare Ltd, Lupin Ltd and Orchid Pharmaceutical along with researcher position at Indian Council of Agricultural Research & Jai Research Foundation. He has also served to the Government of India as a Consultant for Toxicology on CPCSEA Panel of Expert along with Member on National Committee on Alternatives and Harmonisation with Global Guidelines.

I'm Dr. Jinan Tuma Sabah, lecturer at Department of pathological analysis, Faculty of Sciences in Wasit University, Iraq. I received MSc in genetic in 2010-2012 from Osmania University, India, and PhD in biosciences, genetics in 2018 from UTM, Malaysia . Currently, I am a member of CBRN project (Malicious use of Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear Weapons) at the University of Wasit, Iraq. I have published papers about the toxic effect of oil fields pollutants on the health of people who live around the oil spills and the influence of these pollutants on essential crops like wheat and rice.

Atiqah Aziz is currently a Research Officer at Tissue Engineering Group (TEG), NOCERAL, Department of Orthopaedics Surgery, Faculty of Medicine in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. She started her service with UM in 2008. Early in her career, she served at Shidmadzu-Centre for Xenobiotics Studies (SUCXeS) at the Department of Pharmacology, Faculty of Medicine for 6 years and she continues her service in Surgical Simulation Lab at Department of Otorhinolaryngology, Faculty of Medicine later on the year 2015-2017.In 2017-Jan 2021, she has been placed in UM Halal Research Centre (UMHRC). Atiqah Aziz received her scholarship from UM to pursue her Diploma in Medical Lab Technology in UM Medical Centre (UMMC) in the year 2005 followed by a BSc in Biology from University of Science Malaysia (USM), Penang in the year 2014 and obtained MSc in Applied Biology at Faculty of Applied Sciences, University of Technology MARA (UiTM) in the year 2015. Currently, she is doing her Ph.D. in Applied Chemistry at the University of Malaya. Her main research interest is osteoarthritis, gene therapy, cancer biology, toxicology, complementary medicine products (CMP), natural products, and halal sciences. As a member of Tissue Engineering Group, a division under The National Orthopaedic Centre for Research and Learning (NOCERAL), she has been involved in various opportunities such as engaging in high-impact research in tissue engineering and regenerative medicine with a direct impact on clinical medicine.

She is currently a Ph.D. student in the Postgraduate Program in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (Brazil). She has a Master's degree in Cellular and Molecular Biology from the Federal University of Paraíba (2019) and a Bachelor's Degree in Biological Sciences from the State University of Paraíba (2016). She has experience in Toxinology, Biotechnology, and Biochemistry with an emphasis on snake venoms. During graduation, she worked with the species Bothrops erythromelas, mainly analyzing the neutralization pattern of the snake venom studied against the specific antiophidian serum. During her master's degree, she worked with the purification of phospholipase A2 from the venom of the Bothrops erythromelas snake, testing its activities against bacteria and bacterial biofilms. It has a research partnership with Universidade Católica Dom Bosco in Mato Grosso do Sul, State University of Paraíba.

Dr Mohammad Hossein Sayadi (MH Sayadi) obtained his PhD in Environmental Sciences, Pune University, Pune, India, in 2010. He is now working at the Department of Environmental Engineering, Faculty of Natural Resources and Environment, University of Birjand. His main scientific interests concern the development of nanostructured materials including functional nanoparticles and nanocomposites for applications in for environmental remediation and also nano-toxicology. He has authored 2 patent applications, 3 book and published over 250 papers in international peer reviewed journals which mainly indexed in the indexed databases like Web of Science and Scopus. He has completed the supervision of 38 ME theses and 6 PhD students. At the present he supervises (and co-) the scientific work of 12 PhD students and 11 MSc students. He has been strongly involved to several teaching activities namely by lecturing topics for post-graduation students within the subjects Advance Nanomaterial. He received research funding from major funding bodies and industry and he sits on the editorial boards of several peer-reviewed scientific journals.

Dr. Lenka Applova is a postdoc researcher at Department of Biochemical Sciences, FacultyofPharmacy in Hradec Kralove,Charles University, Czech Republic. She received MSc in Pharmacy in 2009-2014 and PhD in Pharmacology and Toxicology in 2019 at the same institution. Currently, she is a member of EFSA-CDN project (Efficiency and Safety Improvement of Current Drugs and Nutraceuticals: Advanced Methods – New Challenges) at the Faculty of Pharmacy. Her research is focused to cardiovascular system; during her PhD she studied the influence of polyphenolic compounds and their metabolites on platelet activation and now she is member of Molecular and Cellular Toxicology Group focused to drug-induced cardiovascular toxicity, particularly the cardiotoxicity of anthracycline anticancer drugs.

Dr. F. Costabile (Ph.D., M.S., B.E.) is a senior research scientist at the Institute of atmospheric science and Climate of the Italian National Research Council (CNR) since 2003, where she is the strategic area coordinator for "Impact on Environment, Cultural Heritage and Health". She is a (contract) professor at the University of Rome "Tor Vergata" since 2012 (Physics Dep., Atmos. Chemodynamics, Habilitation in Physics), where she currently also advises Master and Ph.D. students. She is a scientific expert for the Europen Union (EC from 2017 to 2020, EASA from 2021 to 2024) in the field of indoor air quality and health, and an an Expert member of the European CEN/TC 264/Working Group 32 on "Air quality - Determination of the particle number concentration". She was visiting researcher in Germany (TROPOS, 2008) and China (Tsinghua and Peking university, 2002-2007). She has gained approx. 20-year scientific experience in the Air Quality and health topic (more than 20 Intl projects and more than 60 peer-reviewed papers, editor/reviewer for several scientific journals). Her research interests focus on aerosol science. Today, her research is targeted toward characterizing physicochemical features of combustion-generated ultrafine particles to find any evidence of association with possible health effects.

He is serving as a lecturer College of Humanities and Social Science Department, Asia University Taiwan, from 2020. From 2014 to 2015, he was a lecturer in the Dept. of Computer Science and Engineering at the Royal Institute of Technology and Science, India. His research interests include Information Security, Blockchain, and Artificial Intelligence,IoT Security,Supply chain,Food Safety. He is also working as program manager and assisting with ASEAN and South Asian Countries - AI R&D Elite Class/Doctoral Class. He worked and cooperated with various R&D projects under MOST, Taiwan. Born in Manfredonia (Italy) in 1965, he has a master in Biological Sciences and a Ph.D. in Evolutionary Biology at the University of Padua. Since 2002 he has been a lecturer in Physiology at the Department of Biology of the University of Padua, where he is Associate Professor and Coordinator of the Research Unit of Environmental Physiology and Experimental Zoology. Since 1993 he has dedicated himself to research on physiological responses to oxidative stress, participating in important national and international research projects, the most recent of which are the "LIFE PHOENIX" project, funded by the European Community, on the toxicity of perfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) in animal and plant organisms, and the “MSCA RIBES” project, also funded by the European Community, on the stress of freshwater fish fauna generated by anthropogenic impact. As part of the Italian Research Program in Antarctica (PNRA), since 1998 he has participated in eight Antarctic scientific expeditions, studying the physiology of marine animals in relation to environmental contamination and climate change. In 2011 he was awarded, by the US National Science Foundation, the Antarctica Service Medal (approved by the Congress of the United States of America), in recognition of his service as a member of the 2010 US Antarctic Expedition. He is currently involved in the project "PNRA AntaGPS”, on the use of aquatic and terrestrial organisms as bioindicators of the toxicological status of the Antarctic ecosystem. He is the author of over 200 scientific contributions, published in national and international journals, books, and conference proceedings.

Aliakbar Hedayati, male, marine biologist, graduated from Khorramshahr University of Marine Science and technology in 2010. He worked for department of fishery, Gorgan University of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources, Iran from 2010 as assistant professor and from 2014 as associate professor and from 2020 as professor. In 2010 he worked as marine researcher in Aquaculture and Hydrobiology center (CRIAcq), University of Federico II – Italy. Now he has published more than 189 papers in international scientific cited journals. He participated in more than 41 international conferences as presenter and chair panel around the world and get more than 14 items of awards. He was selected as elite scientist from Iranian National Elite Foundation. In recent year he focused on the aquatic toxicology and effects of marine pollution on ecosystems and aquatic animals.
