Soon-Gil Yoon received his Ph.D. from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology, Korea in 1988. He is a distinguished Professor in Materials Science and Engineering, Chungnam National University, Korea since 1990. He published about 405 peer-reviewed papers since 1990. His representative papers are Nano Letters (2010), Advanced Materials (2011, 2012), Nano Energy (eight papers) for piezoelectric energy harvesting using organic/inorganic perovskite thin films, Advanced Science and Nano Today (2021) for high flexibility and high stretchability of the transfer-free, high-quality, large-area monolayer graphene grown at 100 oC. His current research interests are Antibacterial activity, Transfer-free Graphene, Piezoelectric energy harvesting using organic/inorganic halide perovskite.

P. Ferraro received the graduate degree (cum laude) in physics from the University of Naples "Federico II," Naples, Italy, in 1987. He founded the Institute of Applied Sciences and Intelligent Systems of CNR and has been the Director from 2014 to 2019. Actually, he is the Research Director with ISASI. His research areas include digital holography, microscopy, laser interferometry, lithography, ferroelectric crystals for photonic applications and lab-on-a-chip for biomedical applications and intelligent systems. He has authored or coauthored more than 320 articles in peer-reviewed journals and more than 200 conference papers. Results of his research have been published in high rank jounrnals like Na. Nanotech, Science, Science Adv, Adv Mat, Nat Com., Light and Science Appl, Adv Funct Mat, PNAS, ACS-Adv. Mat. Interf., Lab on a Chip, Proc. of IEEE, Anal Chem, NPG Asia Mat, Chem of Mat, etc. He was Elected Fellow of SPIE in 2008 and a Fellow of the Optical Society of America in 2010. In 2020, he received the SPIE Dennis Gabor Award.

Prof. Maria Alessandra Ragusa, after graduating with honors in Mathematics in 1988, she became a University Researcher in 1992 and in 2000 Associate Professor at the University of Catania. In 2012 she was awarded the PhD in Mathematics by Luleå University (Sweden). Since 2017 she is Full Professor of Mathematical Analysis. He is Chief at RUDN University, Moscow (Russia). He is a teacher for PhDs in Italy, France, Turkey and Sweden. She is Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Mathematical, Physical and Natural Sciences of the University of Catania from 2009 to 2012. She was elected, in 2012, President of the Master's Degree Course in "Sciences for the Protection of the Environment" and in 2013 Director of the "University Center for the Protection and Management of Natural Environments and Agro-Ecosystems ". She is the author of more than 130 publications, in a single name and in collaboration with about 40 co-authors. To one name he has publications in journals that appear in the top 10 of the Journal Citation Reports.

Prof. Shaobin Wang obtained the degrees of BSc and MSc in Chemistry from Peking University and PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of Queensland. He has been a John Curtin Distinguished Professor at Curtin University and is now a Professor at the School of Chemical Engineering and Advanced Materials, the University of Adelaide. His research interests focus on nanomaterial synthesis and application for adsorption and catalysis, fuel and energy conversion and environmental remediation. He has published more than 500 refereed journal papers with citations over 51000 and H-index= 127 (Google Scholar). He was awarded 2012 Thomson Reuters Citation & Innovation Awards in Australia and is listed as a highly cited researcher in Engineering and Chemistry in 2016-2020. He is a co-editor of Journal of Colloid and Interface and associate editor of Chemical Engineering Journal Advances as well as an editorial board member of several international journals.

Prof. (Em.) Aharon Gedanken obtained his Ph. D. degree from Tel Aviv University, Israel. After his postdoctoral research at USC in Los Angeles, he got a lecturer position at BIU on Oct. 1975. He spent two sabbatical years at AT&T Bell Laboratories in 1980-8l, and 1987-88 as well as a summer in 1984. In 1994 he switched his research interest from Spectroscopy to Nanotechnology. His special synthetic methods of nanomaterials include: Sonochemistry, Microwave Superheating, Sonoelectrochemistry, and Reactions under Autogenic Pressure at Elevated Temperatures (RAPET). Since 2004 he is mostly focused on the applications of nanomaterials. Gedanken has published 880 per-reviewed manuscripts in international journals, and has applied for 40 Patents. His H-Index is 98 according to the WEB of SCIENCE. Gedanken has served as the Department Chairman as well as the Dean of the Faculty of Exact Sciences at Bar-Ilan University. He is on the editorial boards of 8 international journals. He still leads a group of 10 research people. He was a partner in 14 EC (European Community) projects in FP5, FP6, FP7, and Horizon 2020. He was the Israeli representative to the NMP (Nano, Materials, and Processes) committee of EC in FP7. He was awarded the prize of the Israel Vacuum Society in 2009 and the Israel Chemical Society for excellence in Research in Feb. 2013.

Dr. Hua’s research has centered on the development and application of novel MRI technologies for in vivo functional and physiological imaging in the brain. These include the development of human and animal MRI methods to measure functional brain activities, cerebral perfusion and oxygen metabolism at high (3 Tesla) and ultra-high (7 Tesla and above) magnetic fields. He is particularly interested in novel MRI approaches to image small blood and lymphatic vessels in the brain. Collaborating with clinical investigators, these techniques have been applied to detect functional, vascular and metabolic abnormalities in the brain in neurodegenerative diseases.

Professor Yusuke Yamauchi received his Bachelor's degree (2003), Master's degree (2004), and Ph.D. degree (2007) from the Waseda University, Japan. After receiving his Ph.D., he joined the National Institute of Materials Science (NIMS), Japan, to start his own research group. At the same time, he started to serve as an adjunct professor to supervise Ph.D. students at the Department of Nanoscience and Nanoengineering, Waseda University. After being granted the ARC Future Fellowship, in May 2016, he joined the Institute for Superconducting & Electronic Materials (ISEM), the Australian Institute for Innovative Materials (AIIM), the University of Wollongong (UOW) as a Professor. In 2018, he moved to the University of Queensland (UQ). Presently, he is a Senior Group Leader at the Australian Institute for Bioengineering and Nanotechnology (AIBN) (on secondment from the School of Chemical Engineering until 2026), a Professor at the School of Chemical Engineering, and a Director at the Australian Materials nanoTectonic Centre. He concurrently serves as an ERATO Research Director at the JST-ERATO Yamauchi Materials Space-Tectonics, a Group Leader at the Mesoscale Materials Chemistry Group, the International Center for Materials Nanoarchitectonics (WPI-MANA), the National Institute for Materials Science (NIMS), a Visiting Professor at the Waseda University, an Advisory Board Member of prestigious journals (Small, Small Structures, ChemCatChem, J. Inorg. Organomet. Polym. Mater., etc.), and an Associate Editor of the Journal of Materials Chemistry A published by the Royal Society of Chemistry (RSC) and Chemical Engineering Journal (Elsevier). He has published more than 850 papers in international refereed journals (>10 Nature's and Science's sister journals, >20 J Am Chem Soc, >10 ACS Nano, >10 Chem Sci, >30 Angew Chem Int Ed, >25 Chem Mater, >10 Mater Hor, etc.) with > 50,000 citations (h-index > 115, Google Scholar; h-index > 100 Web-of-Science). Recently, he was selected as one of Australia's Top 40 Researchers of Research Report published by The Australian in 2019 and 2020.

Professor Stathis Michaelides is currently the Tex Moncrief Chair of Engineering at Texas Christian University (TCU). Prior to this he was chair of the Department of Mechanical Engineering of the University of Texas at San Antonio, where he also held the Robert F. McDermott Chair in Engineering and was the Founder and Director of the NSF-supported Center on Simulation, Visualization and Real Time Computing (SiViRT). In the past he was the Founding Chair of the Department of Mechanical and Energy Engineering at the University of North Texas (2006-2007); the Leo S.Weil Professor of Mechanical Engineering at Tulane University (1998-2007); Director of the South-Central Center of the National Institute for Global Environmental Change (2002-2007); Associate Dean for Graduate Studies and Research in the School of Engineering at Tulane University (1992-2003); Head of the Mechanical Engineering Department at Tulane (1990-1992). Between 1980 and 1989 he was on the faculty of the University of Delaware, where he also served as Acting Chair of the Mechanical Engineering Department (1985-1987). Professor Michaelides holds a B.A. degree (honors) from Oxford University and M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from Brown University. He has published more than 170 journal papers and has contributed more than 250 papers and presentations in national and international conferences. He is currently editor of the Journal of Non-Equilibrium Thermodynamics. Professor Vladimir G. Chigrinov is Professor of Hong Kong University of Science and Technology since 1999. He is an Expert in Flat Panel Technology in Russia, recognized by the World Technology Evaluation Centre, 1994, and SID Fellow since 2008. He is an author of 6 books, 31 reviews and book chapters, about 317 journal papers, more than 668 Conference presentations, and 121 patents and patent applications including 36 US patents in the field of liquid crystals since 1974. He got Excellent Research Award of HKUST School of Engineering in 2012. Dr. Wei is currently a principle researcher at Huawei German Research Center. He received a PhD from the University of Wales in 2010. Dr. Wei’s research interests include optics communications, photonics switching/signal processing, advanced modulation/coding, digital signal processing, algorithms, and machine learning. He edited one book and (co-)authored over 170 peer-reviewed journal/conference papers including more than 15 invited. He holds several US/European patents. Dr. Wei is a Marie Curie fellow and a senior member of IEEE.

Anand K. Bhatia is Scientist Emeritus at NASA/Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, Maryland, USA. He received his PhD from the University of Maryland in 1963. He taught for one year at the Wesleyan University. He was a National Academy Research Fellow from 1963 to 1965 before joining the staff at Goddard. He specializes in calculations of bound states, Feshbach resonances, and scattering of electrons and positrons using his hybrid theory. He has applied his theory to the calculations of photoabsorption cross sections and to the opacity of the atmosphere of the Sun. He is a fellow of the American Physical Society.

Sajung Yun is CEO of Predictiv. He is also a scientist and adjunct professor at Johns Hopkins University in bioinformatics where he is teaching genome analysis class at the graduate school. After completing his Ph.D in Biomedical Sciences, Sajung joined the National Institutes of Health on a post-doctoral research fellowship for genetic engineering. During that time, Sajung also followed an MBA at Johns Hopkins University on Healthcare Management and entrepreneurship. Sajung’s first startup was AI physician project and the second one was a telemedicine project. Sajung also gives lectures on personalized precision medicine occasionally.

Viktor Sverdlov received his Master of Science and PhD degrees in physics from the State University of St.Petersburg, Russia, in 1985 and 1989, respectively. From 1989 to 1999, he worked as a staff research scientist at the V.A.Fock Institute of Physics, St.Petersburg State University. During this time, he visited ICTP (Italy, 1993), the University of Geneva (Switzerland, 1993-1994), the University of Oulu (Finland, 1995), the Helsinki University of Technology (Finland, 1996, 1998), the Free University of Berlin (Germany, 1997), and NORDITA (Denmark, 1998). In 1999, he became a staff research scientist at the State University of New York at Stony Brook. He joined the Institute for Microelectronics, Technische Universität Wien, in 2004 and he is currently on a tenure-track position. His scientific interests include device simulations, computational physics, solid-state physics, and nanoelectronics.

A/Prof Ayse Aysin Bilgin BEng., MBA, MMaths, PhD, PostGradDip HE (L&T), MHE (L&M) Ayse is an Associate Professor in the Department of Mathematics and Statistics at Macquarie University. She is the President of the International Association for Statistical Education (IASE) and an elected Member of the International Statistical Institute (ISI). Ayse’s research explores applications of statistics in health sciences and learning and teaching in statistics. Ayse is an academic who uses her statistical knowledge to improve health and wellbeing as well as improving learning and teaching of statistics. Ayse was a recipient of several learning and teaching awards for her outstanding contributions to student learning such as an Australian Learning and Teaching Council Citation for ‘Outstanding Contributions to Student Learning’, a Macquarie University VC Citation, ATEM Award Community Engagement (Highly Commended); Higher Education Award for Employability; joint-recipient of Australian Awards for University Teaching (AAUT). Her pedagogical research interests are focused on statistics education, such as learning approaches in statistics, work integrated learning in statistics, impact of learning spaces to students’ learning. She was awarded “Excellence in research: Five Future-shaping Priorities (Healthy People)” by Macquarie University and she was a member of research team which were the finalist of the Eureka Prize in 2017.

Angelo Albini is currently Emeritus Professor of Chemistry at the University of Pavia, Italy. After initial studies in chemistry under the guidance of Professor Silvio Pietra and research activity with Professors GO Schenk and Professor H Kisch, in Germany, as well as Professor DR Arnold, in Canada, respectively, he came back to Italy as associate professor at Torino and then as a full professor at Pavia. He took that position for more than 25 years, building there a unit of pure and applied photochemistry that is largely active in a variety of topics, from the chemistry and physics of excited states, the photoinduced electron transfer reactions, the use of solid sensitizers for water depollution and the degradation of dyes. He has been the founder and the first chairman of the Italian green chemistry group and the chairman of the photochemistry group for two terms and the chairman of the Chemistry Department for 5 terms. His interest in various aspects of photochemistry has led to about 350 publications where he appeared as a co-author, about 30 reviews and some books Heterocycle N-oxides, CRC Press, 1991 Handbook of synthetic photochemistry, Wiley, 2005 Drugs, photochemistry and photostaility, RSC, 2006 Photochemical generattion of intermediates in syntesis, Wiley, 2010 Photochemistry, past, present and future, Springer, 2016 Paradigms of green chemistry, Springer, 2016 Light, molecules, reactions, and health, Elsevier, 2019 As well as the editor of the yearly series by the RSC, Specialistic Report n Photochemistry from vol 37 (2007) to 47 (2019), when this care was passed to an excellent former pupil, Professor S. Protti.

Prof. Yosef Ben-Ezra, Dean of the Engineering Faculty at the Holon Institute of Technology, received his Ph.D. from Tel-Aviv University. During 2003-2005 Prof. Ben-Ezra was the principal researcher in the joint industry-academy project TRANSMOR focused on automatic detection and classification of power transients in WDM optical communication networks. In the period years 2007-2009 Prof. Yosef Ben-Ezra was the principal researcher in a joint industry-academy project, DIAMOND that developed high-spectral-efficient modulation techniques for modern optical communications. In the framework of MAGNET project, Tera-Santa Prof. Ben-Ezra develop the novel method of OFDM based on Multiwavelets. He is currently working on the silicon photonic implementation of the Multiwavelet OFDM in Peta-Cloud consortium. He has co-authored over 90 papers in international journals and conferences in the fields of semiconductor physics and nonlinear effects, and optical communication. He is the author of 15 chapters in scientific books and of 40 patents.

Dariusz Jacek Jakóbczak was born in Koszalin, Poland, on December 30, 1965. He graduated in mathematics (numerical methods and programming) from the University of Gdansk, Poland in 1990. He received the Ph.D. degree in 2007 in computer science from the Polish – Japanese Institute of Information Technology, Warsaw, Poland. From 1991 to 1994 he was a civilian programmer in the High Military School in Koszalin. He was a teacher of mathematics and computer science in the Private Economic School in Koszalin from 1995 to 1999. Since March 1998 he has worked in the Department of Electronics and Computer Science, Koszalin University of Technology, Poland and since October 2007 he has been an Assistant Professor in the Chair of Computer Science and Management in this department. His research interests connect mathematics with computer science and include computer vision, artificial intelligence, shape representation, curve interpolation, contour reconstruction and geometric modeling, numerical methods, probabilistic methods, game theory, operational research and discrete mathematics.

Dr. Jay Liebowitz is a Visiting Professor in the Stillman School of Business and the MS-Business Analytics Capstone & Co-Program Director (External Relations) at Seton Hall University. He previously served as the Distinguished Chair of Applied Business and Finance at Harrisburg University of Science and Technology. Before HU, he was the Orkand Endowed Chair of Management and Technology in the Graduate School at the University of Maryland University College (UMUC). He served as a Professor in the Carey Business School at Johns Hopkins University. Prof. Jianyong Ouyang received his PhD, master and bachelor degrees from the Institute for Molecular Science in Japan, the Institute of Chemistry of the Chinese Academy of Science, and the Tsinghua university in Beijing, respectively. He worked as an assistant professor at the Japanese Advanced Institute of Science and Technology and a postdoctoral researcher at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) before joining the National University of Singapore (NUS) as an assistant professor in 2006. He was promoted to associate professor with tenure in 2012. His research interests include flexible electronics and energy materials and devices. He invented the first polymer-nanoparticle resistive memory, the first hybrid ionic/electronic thermoelectric converter and the first adhesive intrinsically conducting polymers in the world, and continuously reported world-record conductivities and thermoelectric properties of solution-processable intrinsically conductive polymers and world-record thermoelectric properties of ionic conductors. Jing Wu is an assistant professor at the University of Rhode Island. She received her Ph.D. in statistics from the University of Connecticut and her B.S. in mathematics from Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Her research interests primarily lie in missing data, big data, survival, and longitudinal data. Dr. Wu has published research articles in Journal of Computational and Graphical Statistics, Statistics in Medicine, Statistica Sinica, Technometrics, JAMA Oncology, and Journal of Clinical Oncology, and so on.

I graduated with a master's in Physical Chemistry from the Faculty of Industrial Chemistry "TosoMontanari", Bologna. I hold my first PhD in Physics and NanoSciences at the University of Salento (Italy), at my second European Marie Curie PhD in Chemical Sciences: Molecules, Materials, Tools and Biosystems at EcoleNormale Paris Saclay (France). Actually, I work as a senior researcher at the Nanotechnology centre of CNR Nanotec in Lecce (Southern Italy). I do research in photophysics and photochemistry and optoelectronic devices. Mohammad D. AL-Tahat is an international full professor of Industrial Engineering (IE), he is an Industrial engineering thematic leader, and he teaches and conducts many research works in the area of industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, and engineering management. Matija Zvonarić is a young researcher and PhD student employed at Faculty of Civil Engineering and Architecture Osijek, Josip Juraj Strossmayer University of Osijek. He conducts research on the possibility of using recycled rubber in hydraulically bound base layers as part of the project UIP – 2019 – 04 Cement stabilized base courses with waste rubber for sustainable pavements - RubSuPave. Kelly Miller received her B.Ed. in secondary school science from McGill University, and her Master's in physics from the University of Vermont. Kelly received her Ph.D. in applied physics from Harvard University in 2014. Before graduate school, Kelly taught middle and high school science at various schools in Toronto, Rosseau, Montreal, and Vermont. She spent a year sailing around the world while teaching physics for Class Afloat, an experiental education program for high school students onboard a tall ship. While teaching high school physics, Kelly developed a passion for teaching and scholarship in education. Tomas Bruha MSc. Phd. received Master degree on Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Czech Technical University for specialisation „Automatization and controlling of dynamics systems“ in 1992. His Ph.D. degree T.Bruha received on Faculty of Chemical Engineering, Institute of Chemical Technology in 2011. In 2000 he was asked by Mudr. Jiri Votruba for design of special thermometer according idea of bronchial temperature measurement as contribution of lung cancer diagnosis. This research was approved by ethical commission and results was published in Journal of Bronchology in 2005 as “ Measurement of Endobronchial Temperature in the Diagnosis of Lung Cancer “.As procedure showed to be to invasive and results was not satisfyingly significant, he started with Mudr. Votruba to develop idea of penetrated light spectra measuring for diagnostics purpose. According this idea , cooperation with University of Defence, was started ,light source and spectroscope was leased and T.Bruha actively help to realise first experiments based on spectral measuring of light penetrating through chest wall. Experiments showed that main quantum of penetrated radiation is within near-infrared band and thickness of fat layer absorbed is decisive for quantum of absorbed light. Subsequently T. Bruha together with J. Votruba, develop new design of probe , consisting in two optical fibres , while source one is connected to source of radiation and detecting one is connected to spectroscope. According idea of J.Votruba of upgraded version of probe consisted in implementation of probe to standard bioptic catheter, T.Bruha cooperated with Optovit company on design of this realisation. Presently, T.Bruha in cooperation with M.Sedlak working on development mathematical algorithm for discrimination of healthy and pathological measured spectral curves.

From 2019 to 2021, he was a senior post-doctoral associate at the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (EECS), Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). He received B.Sc. from the Department of Electrical Engineering, SCE College of Engineering, Israel, in 2010 and M.Sc. and Ph.D. from the Department of Communication Systems Engineering, Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, Israel, in 2013 and 2018, respectively. From 2007 to 2014, he was with DSP Group, where he worked on voice enhancement and signal processing. From 2014 to 2019, he was with Intel, where he worked as a research scientist in the Innovation Group at Mobile and Wireless. His areas of interest are Information Theory, Signal Processing, and Networks. In particular, he is interested in data processing, wireless communication, security, network information theory and network coding, anomaly detection, coding, computation in networks, and speech enhancement.

Emine Kemiklioglu is an AssociateProfessor at Manisa Celal Bayar University, Faculty of Engineering. She completed her PhD degree between 2009 and 2014 in Advanced Materials and Liquid Crystal Institute (LCI) at Kent State University, Ohio, USA. During her PhD, she studied blue phase liquid crystals and their applications. She completed her internship in Corning Gorilla Glass. She works on liquid crystal based-sensors and biomaterials as well as polymer-liquid crystal composites.

Avraham Dayan is a postdoctoral research from Tel Aviv University, Israel. Leads a number of multidisciplinary research projects and serves as a director in a number of start-up companies. He obtained his Ph.D. degree from Tel Aviv University, Israel. Dayan has published 10 per-reviewed manuscripts in international journals and has applied for 2 Patents.

Dr. Teodor Bulboacă, Ph.D., D.Sc. works as Professor of Mathematics at the Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science of Babeș-Bolyai University, Cluj-Napoca, Romania. He published more than 120 research articles in the field of Complex Analysis (Geometric Function Theory of one variable functions), and his scientific works were cited in more than 1400 papers according to Google Scholar. Professor Bulboacă is member of the Editorial Board of more than 20 journals, and is the author of the monographs Geometric Function Theory of Univalent Functions (with P. T. Mocanu and Gr. Șt. Sălăgean, House of Science Book Publ., Cluj-Napoca, 1999), Differential Subordinations and Superordinations (House of Science Book Publ., Cluj-Napoca, 2005), and Complex Analysis. Theory and Applications (with S. B. Joshi and P. Goswami, De Gruyter Publ., Berlin, 2019). He delivered lectures as invited speaker, keynote speaker, plenary lecturer to more than 30 international conferences, and participated with talks to more than 90 international conferences.

Aakanksha Kapoor is currently working as Research Assistant in National Physical Laboratory, India. She received her Ph.D. from Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER) – Pune, India. She did her bachelors and masters from St. Stephen’s College, University of Delhi. Her research interests reside in Carbon Nanotubes, Nano Magnetism, Hybrid materials, Advanced Materials for Energy Technology.

I have graduated from Bilkent University, Mechanical Engineering Department in 2019 June. Diretly after that, I started at ASELSAN as a full-time antenna and radome design engineer in which I had been working as a candidate engineer before my graduation. From 2020 January, I have been doing my master in Istanbul Technical University under the advisory of Prof. Dr. Celaletdin Ergun. I am planning to submit my thesis until 2022 January, hopefully.

Dr Rabie received the Ph.D. degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Manchester in 2015. Prior to that, he received the M.Sc. degree (with Dist.) in Communication Engineering and the B.Sc. degree (with Hons.) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Manchester and University of Tripoli, respectively, securing first rank in both degrees. He is currently a Senior Lecturer at the department of engineering at Manchester Metropolitan University (MMU), UK. His research focuses on 5G/B5G/6G systems, IoT, smart communities/cities, indoor connectivity and connectivity for remote/rural areas. Since 2019, Khaled has secured and managed ~£1M of funding both as PI and CoI, from different organisations including Innovate UK, European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), Global Challenges Research Fund (GCRF) and Royal Academy of Engineering. He has published over 150 papers in prestigious journals and international conferences (mostly IEEE). He has received many awards over the past few years including the Best Student Paper Award at the IEEE ISPLC (USA, 2015), the MMU Outstanding Knowledge Exchange project award of 2016 and the IEEE Access Editor of the month award for August 2019. Khaled serves regularly on the Technical Program Committee (TPC) of several major IEEE conferences such as GLOBECOM, ICC, VTC, etc. He is a Publicity Co-chair of IEEE MeditCom'21, Track Co-chair of CSNDSP'20, Track Co-chair of IEEE VTC-Spring'20, TCP Co-Chair of IEEE ISPLC'19, Program Chair of IEEE ISPLC'18, Track Co-chair of CSNDSP'18 and the Publicity Chair of INISCOM'18. Khaled is also a reviewer and examiner for several funding and educational organisations including the British Council, Lakehead University (Canada), Nazarbayev University (Kazahkistan), university of Johannesburg (South Africa) and Qatar University (Qatar). He is a Senior Member of IEEE, a Fellow of the UK Higher Education Academy and serves as a visiting Associate Professor at the university of Johannesburg, South Africa (July 2021-May 2024).

Dr. Maria Teresa Signes-Pont is Associate Professor at the Department of Computer Science and Technology of the University of Alicante, Spain. Her research interests include the development of mathematical / computational methods for the analysis of nonlinear complex dynamical systems with applications ranging from computational neuroscience to mathematical epidemiology. She has several contributions and invited presentations in international conferences, workshops and also publications in high impact journals.

Dr. Adel Khelifi is an Associate Professor at Abu Dhabi University. Previously, he was the Dean of Computer Information Technology at the American University in the Emirates, Dubai, UAE. With a PhD from the Engineering School of High Technology, Canada (2005), Dr Khelifi holds a high level of knowledge and expertise. Currently Dr Khelifi is involved in prompting the Open Source Software paradigm in the region. Dr Khelifi has held impressive past careers, previously working as a lecturer for the Engineering School of Technology in Canada, United Nations MSF in Canada, and Ministry of Relations with Citizen and Immigration in Canada, and Ministry of Finances in Tunisia. He is a Senior Member of the IEEE and a Canadian ISO member in Software Engineering. He is ABET PEV and passionate about Archaeology.

Hoshang Kolivand is an Associate Professor in Human Computer Interaction at Liverpool John Moores University, UK and a Visiting professor at Barath University, India. He received his MSc degree in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science from Amirkabir University of Technology, Tehran, Iran, and his PhD from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) in 2013. His background is in 3D maths & Computer Graphics in particular Augmented and Virtual Reality. Over 150 international publications in the area of 3D visualisation, immersive technology & human Computer Interaction. OLAKUNLE ELIJAH received the B.Eng. degree from the Federal University of Technology Minna, Minna, Nigeria, in 2003, the M.Sc. degree in micro-electronics and computing from Bournemouth University, Poole, U.K., in 2008, the postgraduate degree in advance microelectronics from Bolton University, Bolton, U.K., in 2010, and the Ph.D. degree from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, Johor Bahru, Malaysia, in 2018. He was a Field Engineer with Kuyet Nigeria Ltd., Lagos, Nigeria, in 2006. From 2011 to 2013, he was the MD/CEO with Mircoscale Embedded Ltd., Abuja, Nigeria. He is currently conducting research in the field of wireless communications and the IoT as a Postdoctoral Fellow with the Wireless Communication Centre, Higher Institution Centre of Excellence (HiCoE), Malaysia. His current research interests include embedded systems, wireless communication, massive MIMO, interference mitigation, heterogeneous networks, the IoT with data analysis, and 5G and beyond.

Abdeen Mustafa Omer (BSc, MSc, PhD) is an Associate Researcher at Energy Research Institute (ERI). He obtained both his PhD degree in the Built Environment and Master of Philosophy degree in Renewable Energy Technologies from the University of Nottingham. He is qualified Mechanical Engineer with a proven track record within the water industry and renewable energy technologies. He has been graduated from University of El Menoufia, Egypt, BSc in Mechanical Engineering. His previous experience involved being a member of the research team at the National Council for Research/Energy Research Institute in Sudan and working director of research and development for National Water Equipment Manufacturing Co. Ltd., Sudan. He has been listed in the book WHO’S WHO in the World 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2010. He has published over 200 papers in peer-reviewed journals, 50 review articles, 5 books and 50 chapters in books.

Dr. Amit Saha is the founding director of FoGS Global Research & Consultancy centre (https://fogsglobal.in) , a non-profit platform for socio-economic and sustainable health development at the grassroots based in India. Benchmarking the frontiers in the dairy and herbal value chain sustainable development is his key area of intervention. He is also Senior Consultant with global organizations in the dairy sector. He has a long standing experience over 20 years in agricultural economics and dairy farming sector in the global domain. He has done his PhD in Agriculture Economics from NDRI Karnal, Post doctoral research in farm economics from FAL (now TI) Germany. He has to his credit over 20 publications as chapters or co-authors in various global dairy development project studies. He has also published over 15 research papers in scientific journals. He has been invited as expert speakers in over 25 government, research forums, conference proceeding in various countries globally on farm related issues.

Jasur Safarov - dean of the "Machine-building" faculty of Tashkent State Technical University, doctor of technical sciences, professor. There is also a teaching experience of a manager and a leader. Jasur Safarov is a good teacher and scientific supervisor of several masters, graduate students and doctoral students. From 2012 to the present day, he is the head of scientific (projects) grants that are funded by the budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
